Individual Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy focuses on unconscious conflicts, that can be experienced as conflicting impulses, motives or needs, which can not be reconciled and therefore lead to the development of psychological symptoms.

Symptoms may be expressed as well in continual interpersonal problems, which seem to follow an internal pattern, that cannot be understood on a more conscious level.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy aims at working through these conflicting interpersonal patterns to reach a deeper understanding of one self and others, to gain insight in one´s own experience, and to explore new more flexible behaviours.
