Therapy for children and Adolescents

Therapy for children and adolescents

The approach to working with children and adolescents is similar to that of adults. However it is achieved through the use of play and creative expression. Similar to the therapy with adults

psychodynamic psychotherapy with children and adolescents aims to gain a better understanding of oneself and to relate on a more flexible base in interpersonal relationships.

The therapy with children includes sessions with parents or other family members, which serve to clarify family conflicts and to develop alternative perspectives on problematic issues and behaviours.
